Trails Edge Rentals, a division of LuxWest Properties, was established specifically and exclusively to provide the Trails Edge Condominium owners and their guests with personal friendly service. State-of-the-art noise reduction techniques incorporated between each unit ensure privacy no matter how friendly you become with your neighbors. Windows, porches and balconies have been purposely situated to provide breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains.

Exit the secure elevator as automatic sensors light your private foyer. The front door, like those throughout your home, is rich alder. The floor is solid oak over radiant floor heat. As you turn the corner into your living room, over-sized windows provide an elevated view of the aspens and the mountain peaks. A substantial wood mantle tops the stone fireplace, and your recessed ceiling fixtures are state of the art and energy efficient.

Turning to the kitchen, countertops are three-centimeter thick granite. A custom lyptus wood countertop is the ideal working surface for the kitchen island. Bathroom countertops are limestone slabs, and the contemporary, brushed nickel bathroom fixtures are by Porta®, imported from Italy. The Kohler® tubs, sinks and toilets were each hand selected by LuxWest Interiors for quality and design.
